Instructions for replacing the sold product

⮚ The sold product can be exchanged in both size and model within 10 working days after the sale.
⮚ In the absence of a receipt, box and label (on the clothes), the exchange of the purchased item will not be considered.
⮚ In the case of presentation of the receipt and undamaged (unused) product, the customer can exchange the purchased item for the same or another model within 10 working days after the sale.

⮚ The above-mentioned rights of the user do not limit the rights provided by the law on the protection of user rights.

   Consumer rights in the event of a defective product

● If the goods are found to be defective, the customer has the right to request the seller to repair or replace the goods free of charge, unless this is impossible due to the nature of the goods or requires a disproportionate or inappropriately high cost.
● The customer has the right to request a reduction in the price of the goods or to refuse the contract if one of the following conditions exists:
             a) the goods cannot be repaired or replaced;
             b) the trader did not repair or replace the goods within a reasonable time and the consumer lost interest in the performance of the contract;
             c) The repair or replacement of the goods by the seller will cause a significant delay to the customer.
● The customer has no right to refuse the contract if the defect of the goods is insignificant.
● In the event of withdrawing from the contract, the customer has the right to demand compensation for damages caused by non-fulfillment of the contract in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Georgia.
● If a defect is found, the customer can contact the store manager within 2 years after the delivery of the goods. The quality assurance service will review the damaged product and a decision will be made based on the conclusion.
