In case of use of the website (including purchase of the product), as a prerequisite, it is required that you get acquainted with these rules and agree with them. For other legal information, you can get acquainted with the privacy policy posted on the website, which is an integral part of the terms and conditions of the use of this website. Along with online shop of Paradisi.ge, there are real shops where customers can buy products of Paradisi.ge electronic store. The store is the same both for Paradisi.ge website and the real shop. Therefore trade takes place in a competitive environment. When you choose the product to be in your consumer basket, before the purchase operation is fulfilled, there is a risk that another customer registered on the website or a customer that comes directly to the shop will buy the same product ahead of you.

Paradisi.ge does not take responsibility for the fact that you, as a website user, were unable to purchase the desired product, even if this product was on website Paradisi.ge or if you had it reserved in your electronic basket, before the purchase was actually fulfilled and the payment was done.

If the website refuses to make the transaction and provides you with the information that the product you have chosen is no longer available, you agree to accept this information in accordance with the existing agreement.

The payment on Paradisi.ge is made by any card of Visa and Mastercard.

How to buy products on the website

In order to buy a product from the website, the customer is required to register on the website.

After registration, select the desired products and follow the instructions for purchase.

During the payment, you need to specify your personal data, address and card data. Once you make the order, the value of the item will be blocked on the card automatically, and after confirmation of the order, about which Paradisi.ge will send you an e-mail, and the amount will be deducted from your account.

If the amount was blocked on your account, but the item was not available for the reason that other online shoppers or real shop customers bought the product before you completed the online purchase procedure, Paradisi.ge will unblock the blocked amount and it will be reflected on the user bank account.

Delivery of products

Delivery area

The courier will deliver the product purchased online at the address indicated during the purchase. The products are delivered on the territory of Georgia, in the cities and villages listed in our delivery rates list.

Delivery price

Delivery across Tbilisi is free, while transportation rates in regions are determined according to the rates of the Courier Agreement.

Time of delivery

The time of delivery depends on the customer's address and time of making the order. The minimum time of delivery is 1 working day, the maximum time of delivery is 3 working days.

Product delivery tracking

After the purchase is made at Paradisi.ge and after we supply the transport company with your purchase, according to your demand, you will receive a letter on the e-mail address indicated in your profile, containing the tracking number. With this tracking number, you will be able to check your product shipment on the courier website. With this number, you can also find out the status of your order by logging in to the website Onway.ge.

Product delivery failure

If the recipient does not meet the courier at the specified address of delivery or, if for any other reason, caused by the customer, the item cannot be handed over, the courier returns the item to the same place where it has started to be transported.

In such case, the customer contacts the website on the phone number (2 31 18 89), where he/she will be informed of the address on which the item, that failed to be delivered, will be stored. The returned product will be kept within 5 (five) working days of its return.

Risk of losing or damaging the product

When purchasing products on the website you choose a courier company that transports your order to the address specified. The responsibility of Paradisi.ge ends by handing the products over to the transport company and this responsibility is transferred to the courier company.

Exchange of purchased products

Products purchased through Paradisi.ge are not subject to return, but the products can be exchanged in certain cases and according to the following terms. The purchased item can be exchanged within 5 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, at the seller's discretion and it is necessary for the customer to:

1. Fill in the indicated exchange form on the website;
2. Indicate the reason for exchange;
3. Wait for the confirmation of the administration of the website on the exchange of the product;
4. After receiving confirmation of the product exchange, the customer returns the item at his/her own expense or takes it to the following address: Tbilisi, 20 Vazha Pshavela Ave, shop "New Balance";
5. The product that needs to be exchanged should be returned in the original packaging;
6. The product that needs to be exchanged should be in the original condition: it should not be worn, used, washed or damaged;
7. Customer must submit a fiscal receipt, POS terminal check or other proof of payment when exchanging a product.
